Mondelēz International, one of the world’s leading confectionery and snack manufacturers, was facing an efficiency issue on one of its production lines. High error rates were leading to higher raw material consumption, frequent downtime, and increased costs for reworking defective products. The project aimed to optimize the production process and reduce the error rate by at least 10%.
