Your privacy and the security of your data are just as important to us as the security of our industrial software and equipment. Here you will find clear information about what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we process it in compliance with applicable legislation, including the GDPR.

1. Who processes your personal data?

2. What personal data do we process and why?

We process only the personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, and solely for the following purposes:

  • Handling inquiries and communication: If you contact us (via a contact form, email, or phone), we process your name, email address, phone number, and company name. We need this information to respond to your inquiry and propose a suitable technical solution.
  • Business opportunity management (CRM): To ensure the long-term and efficient management of our projects, we store the contact details of company representatives and the history of our communications (including technical requirements and project specifications) in our internal CRM system. We do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining and developing business relationships.
  • Contract performance and compliance with legal obligations: If we enter into a contract with you for the supply of machinery or software, we retain your billing and contact information for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

3. Who has access to your personal data?

We primarily store and protect your personal data within our organization. Access to your data is limited to authorized employees, including developers, technicians, and management personnel. To provide our services effectively, we use trusted third-party service providers (data processors) to a necessary extent. These providers supply software tools and services such as web hosting, CRM systems, and accounting software. We have appropriate data protection measures and agreements in place with all such partners. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. How long do we retain your personal data?

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary. Data related to non-binding inquiries is deleted after one year unless a business relationship is established. Information about our business partners stored in our CRM system is retained for the duration of the active business relationship and for three years following the last contact. Billing and accounting data is retained for the period required by law (10 years).

5. What are your rights?

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • To request information about the personal data we process about you and to obtain a copy of that data.
  • To request the update, correction, or completion of your personal data.
  • To request the deletion of your personal data (the so-called “right to be forgotten”) if it is no longer necessary for the purposes described above or if you withdraw your consent.
  • To object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest (for example, the storage of your data in our CRM system).
  • To lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ) if you believe that we are not handling your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
